Limfjord's Danish root vegetables

Limfjords Danske Rodfrugter is a family business based in Denmark about 12 km east of Ålborg. The company is a root vegetable grower. In addition to carrots, parsnips, parsley root, the range includes round and oblong beets, yellow beets, turnips, turnips and Jerusalem artichokes.

The iFD system is responsible for organising the storage and processing processes and takes over warehouse management and subtasks of production planning. The raw products are collected directly from the field and the upcoming processing steps are recorded. The iFD system also organises the packaging processes. Customer-specific regulations, such as the type of packaging, packaging quantities and country-specific specifications must be observed.
