Jana Singer is the new Team Lead for Test/Delivery/Service

Since 1 May 2022, Jana Singer has been in charge of the newly created TDS – Test/Delivery/Service division within the organisation of iFD GmbH. Pooling expertise within this new division will improve the handover of projects to the after-sales department, reduce friction and enhance delivery quality.

Jana Singer has been part of iFD GmbH in various roles since 2005, most recently as Project Manager for Warehouse Management Systems. Her promotion to divisional management is the logical consequence of her personal development and the next step in her professional career path. “The management of iFD GmbH is convinced that, by filling this new and extremely important position internally with Jana, we have found the perfect candidate,” says Kay Erkmann, Managing Director of iFD GmbH.

Perhaps the most important phase of the product life cycle begins following implementation. To ensure rapid and smooth delivery to the customer, the software must be thoroughly tested. After commissioning and acceptance (delivery), the system is finally handed over to the in-house support department, thereby ensuring seamless customer support. The merging of testing, delivery and service not only makes sense from a thematic perspective, but also contributes to the improvement of key business objectives such as delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
