iFD introduces the LVSS document management add-on

The ongoing development of iFD-LVSS is a key focus of the product strategy. Customer demand for a way to store documents centrally and in an organised manner has driven iFD to develop a user-friendly and efficient document storage solution. The main aim of the add-on is to archive, secure and track important and sensitive documents.
The add-on has the following features:

  • Monitoring of data sources, documents and files
  • Management of documents and document histories, enabling convenient query and search functions
  • Guaranteed security through the secure storage of documents, data and files
  • Prevention of unauthorised access to documents, data and files through encryption
  • Reproducibility in the event of physical damage or loss

The Document Management add-on can be integrated either as a module within the WMS or as a standalone application at the customer’s site.
