iFD expands its presence in the Middle East

The trade fair for warehousing, intralogistics and supply chain solutions will take place in Dubai from 3 to 5 September 2019.

In recent years, the logistics sector in the Middle East and the Gulf States has developed rapidly. iFD is also benefiting from these developments and is increasingly focusing on expanding partnerships and contacts. Last year, the customer Alshaya Enterprise was acquired in collaboration with our strong partner ACME Automation. The project in the distribution sector is currently being implemented.  

To deepen this partnership and demonstrate its presence in the Arab market, the iFD Group is taking advantage of the ‘Materials Handling Middle East’ trade fair currently taking place and is exhibiting at the stand of its partner ACME Automation.

Last year, the trade fair attracted over 3,400 trade visitors from 57 countries. Materials Handling Middle East is the region’s only trade fair for professionals from all sectors of the warehousing, intralogistics and supply chain industries. From industrial trucks and lifting equipment to warehouse automation, the trade fair will showcase the latest product innovations and solutions for all logistics requirements.

Save the date! From 9 to 10 October 2019, the ‘Data in Digitalisation’ event series organised by the ‘Efficient Factory Senftenberg’ centre will take place on the campus of the Brandenburg University of Technology in Senftenberg.

Come and meet iFD GmbH at their stand on the BTU campus. On the second day of the event, iFD will also be giving a presentation on “AR-based indoor navigation for intralogistics”.
